Mr. Meshal AlKathiri serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Al Kathiri Holding Company. He is recognized as one of the prominent business leaders in the Kingdom, overseeing the strategic direction and management of the group’s diverse investments. These investments span critical sectors such as real estate development, construction, industry and infrastructure, yacht and marine vessel manufacturing, transportation, and logistics services.

Mr. Meshal AlKathiri has played a pivotal role in strengthening Al Kathiri Holding’s market presence and expanding its business scope by establishing new companies in promising sectors. His contributions have been instrumental in diversifying the group’s investment portfolio and advancing its strategic objectives across all levels. He has led the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to diversify business activities and increase revenue streams for the group’s subsidiaries.

In addition to his executive role at Al Kathiri Holding, Mr. Meshal AlKathiri holds several leadership positions across various institutions and companies. These include serving as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Leen AlKhair Trading Company and as a Board Member at AlMansah Agricultural Company. He is also an executive member of AlBab Industry Company, Masanadah Contracting Company, Masanadah Transportation and Logistics Company, Elyan Industry Company, and Sukuk Al Kathiri, all of which operate under the Al Kathiri Holding umbrella.

Mr. Meshal AlKathiri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval and Military Sciences from King Fahd Naval Academy, reflecting his commitment to academic and professional excellence throughout his leadership journey.

Saud Al Shuraim

Mr. Saud Al Shuraim serves as an Independent Board Member at Al Kathiri Holding. With extensive expertise spanning telecommunications, technology, food, agriculture, and investment, Mr. Al Shuraim is a distinguished leader in the development and management of companies, embodying innovation and strategic excellence.

In addition to his role at Al Kathiri Holding, Mr. Saud Al Shuraim holds several leadership positions and board memberships in prominent companies, including Taqaddam International for Communications and Information Technology, Al Mumaiz Food Company, Oddeed Holding, the Agricultural Platform Company, Kathiri Sukuk, and Harf Kaf Trading Company. Through these roles, he has significantly contributed to enhancing operational efficiency, achieving strategic goals, and exploring new opportunities for sustainable growth.

Mr. Saud Al Shuraim holds a diploma in Business Administration from King Saud University and a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Saudi Electricity Company. His expertise bridges academic knowledge and practical application, enabling a comprehensive approach to delivering value and driving success across the companies he represents.

He is a board member at Red Sea Cables Company and has previously served as a member of the Executive Committee and Audit Committee at Al Abdullatif Industrial Investment Company. Additionally, he was a board member at City Cement Company and held the position of General Manager at Osoul Brokerage for Commercial Services, where he played a critical role in shaping their strategies and achieving operational goals.

Mr. Khalid Al Khayal holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ambassador University, reflecting his dedication to combining academic excellence with professional expertise.
