| Announcement Detail | Alkathiri Holding Company announces that one of its subsidiary companies (Msandh El Emdad Co), which is wholly owned by Alkathiri Holding Company, has obtained the real-estate developer certificate from off -plan sales or rent program (Wafi), one of the programs of the Ministry of Housing – No: (304) and the date of 20 Rajab 1440 and for a year of its history.The company also wishes to clarify to its shareholders that this certificate enables us to sell and lease the real-estates, whatever their purpose or method of development before or during the development or construction phase, and implementation according to the time plan for each project according to the approved models and specifications. |
