Al Kathiri Holding Co. seeks to implement the corporate governance regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) which is considered guidance for the listed companies in the parallel market.
The company is currently working on formulating written and approved policies from the board and the general assembly of shareholders o guarantee compliance with the regulations and practices of proper governance and to ensure the company’s willingness to development and growth target.
Saudi Standards for Corporate Governance
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has decided, starting from 2012, to implement the standards and requirements of corporate governance gradually with all companies in the Saudi stock market whether these companies are listed and authorized or authorized commissioners.
This comes among the CMA’s efforts to raise the quality standards, transparency, and disclosure in the business sector to create a healthy investment environment.
