Al Kathiri Holding announces that its Board of Directors, in its meeting held on December 31, 2024, has approved the establishment of a new subsidiary under the name "Saraya Aldyar Investment." The company will be a limited liability company with a capital of SAR 1,000,000, fully owned by Al Kathiri Holding, following the necessary approvals and licenses from relevant authorities.

“Saraya Aldyar Investment” will focus on high-quality investments in the hospitality and hotel sectors, by developing modern retail and entertainment facilities, in addition to creating contemporary, integrated hotel destinations that meet local market needs. The company will also adopt the latest global standards in design and operations to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience.

This establishment is part of Al Kathiri Holding’s strategy to enhance its business portfolio and diversify its activities into promising and diverse sectors, contributing to strengthening its competitive capabilities and ensuring sustainable long-term growth.
